- For cancellations made within the specified time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds.

- Refunds will only be processed for services that are not availed or canceled on time.
- No refunds will be made once the diagnostic service has been provided.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email or phone within 2 days of the scheduled appointment.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
